안녕하세요. 오늘 요리의 재료는 바로 이 호박입니다. 수업을 시작하기 전에 여러분께 좋은 호박을 고르는 법에 대해서 말씀드리려고 합니다. 먼저 늙은 호박은 크기가 큰 것이 좋습니다. 가벼운 호박보다는 무거운 호박이 좋습니다. 그리고 상처가 없고 곰팡이가 없는 것을 고르시면 됩니다. 하얀색 가루가 많은 것은 단맛이 많이 나는 호박이기 때문에 더 맛있습니다. 늙은 호박은 100그램에 27칼로리로 비타민 A가 풍부한 채소입니다. 그럼 지금부터 호박을 이용한 요리 실습을 시작하겠습니다.
