기로 하다 “Decide to” | Live Class Abridged

Last Sunday’s live stream was all about the ~기로 하다 form.

This form is used to say that you (or someone else) decided or promised or planned or agreed or resolved to do something.

We’ll learn how to use it in the past tense, as well as even in the present tense.
