Have you ever thought of buying cow blood at the grocery store, coagulating it (making it like Jell-O), and eating it in a hot soup?
Well why not? It's absolutely delicious!
I like a lot of Korean foods, but 선지국 (cow blood soup) is definitely in my top 5.
And the best part about 선지국 is I don't think that it's an acquired taste. I think you'll like it on your first try.
