Seoul’s fish market for LOCALS (가락시장 수산시장) with my bilingual son

There are plenty of marketplaces both indoors and outdoors to explore in Korea. But when locals need to buy lots of fish in Seoul, one of the best spots is Garak Market. It’s a GIGANTIC marketplace that sells not only fish, but produce and so much more. And it’s definitely not made for tourists – the floors are covered with water and you’ll have to do a lot of walking to get here – but it’s definitely worth stopping by for a unique fish market experience. I went together with my bilingual son to check it out, and we also ordered our lunch here and had it prepared right there.
